MSE is a mechanical consulting engineering firm based in Portland, Oregon.  We specialize in the design of mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, institutional and agricultural applications.  Our designs are sustainable, energy efficient and cost effective.  We design systems for the construction of new facilities and for the retrofit of existing facilities.
